Refund policy

Refunds are only issued in the event that an error is made on our end. If that is the case , we will be happy to be accommodated you, However , please note that you must notify us of any issues within 48 hours of receiving your order. Beyond this time frame , we are unable to offer any assistance.
Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise once your order has been shipped. That includes situations where the package is lost or stolen in transit. if such an event occurs ,we recommend that you contact USPS (or any other company that has your package.) directly to file claim. Once your order has been shipped, we have no control over it's delivery and cannot offer any further assistance.
Finally we ask that you kindly refrain from canceling your order once it has been shipped out . Doing so suggests that you are attempting to take advantage of our refund policy , which is not acceptable. Thank you for your understanding
